Golden Gate Park – Haight-Ashbury
A short jaunt away from our hotel is San Francisco’s great park – Golden Gate Park. Within Golden Gate Park, you will find De Young Museum, California Academy of Sciences, Conservatory of Flowers, Japanese Tea Gardens and many other family friendly events. Golden Gate Park is also home to San Francisco’s famous outdoor concert, Outside Lands and Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival. Just across from the park, is the iconic intersection of Haight-Ashbury. Though some things have changed since the Summer of Love, Haight-Ashbury is on every tourist’s to-do list.
Market Street Vicinity – Downtown
Market Street is a major transit artery for our city. Our hotel is located on Market Street which allows you to access the whole city with ease. Picking up right in front of our hotel is the F Market & Wharves Historic Trolley. Hop aboard and get an above ground tour as you visit Civic Center, Union Square, The Powell Street Cable Car turnaround, Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown and the Embarcadero. Mascone Center is also easily accessible via the F Market Line or MUNI light rail.
